At Nemisa, all orders are processed in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) for shipments within Malaysia. For deliveries to Singapore, we kindly request customers to pay in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
We accept the following payment methods: Charge cards, Bank Transfer, PayNow, and PayLah, currently, we do not accept e-wallets, credit cards, COD (Cash on Delivery), or PayPal®.
Your order will be dispatched only after we have verified your payment and received authorization to process it.

Yes, all transactions made on the Nemisa.my website are secure. Nemisa Sdn. Bhd. and MyVpsGroup Sdn. Bhd. has implemented strict security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and misuse. However, please note that no method of data transmission over the Internet can be considered 100% secure.
While we take every precaution to protect your data, any information shared online may be vulnerable to interception or misuse by third parties.
Nemisa.my delivers goods only within Malaysia and Singapore. Orders with delivery addresses outside these two countries will not be processed.
Additionally, we are unable to fulfill orders for addresses such as post office boxes, parcel lockers, or parcel pick-up services.
Delivery within Malysia, or Singapore is complimentary.
Delivery typically takes between 3 to 5 business days. A signature will be required upon delivery.
If a delivery attempt is missed, re-delivery will take an additional 5 to 7 business days.
Please note, deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday or the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or during a public holiday will be sent out on the next business day.
